Warranty - What's Covered and What's Not

It is important that your watch be purchased from an authorized Projects Watches dealer. Be sure to ask before making any purchase.

Your PROJECTS’ watch is warranted for one year from the original date of purchase against defective materials and workmanship. The warranty does not include the replacement of batteries, crystals, straps, or parts accidentally damaged or inadequately handled. This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship or if a valid receipt is not included.  In case of defects covered by the warranty, your Projects watch will, at the sole option of the service center, be repaired or replaced.

The warranty becomes void in the event of servicing or repair of the watch by any person not duly authorized, except for mesh band or leather band adjustment.

If request of service is needed, please contact JJ Watch Repair (for both in warrantee and out of warrantee). Please include your warranty card, a copy of your sales receipt, payment of $18.95 for shipping and handling ($24.95 outside the U.S.). Please pack your watch in a sturdy box. Because of possible loss, we recommend that you insure your watch when using the mail. You are responsible for adequately protecting the watch during shipment.
